zHealth offers an easy to use practice management software for Chiropractors. It includes Electronic Health Records (EHR), billing as well as ability for patients to schedule appointments online. It is a 100% cloud based software that can be used from any computer (Laptop/PC/Mac) or Tablet.

I could write for an hour how bad this company is.  They make it sound so easy to customize your daily notes but they offered little help. The trainer was some guy from India with such a heavy accent it was a struggle just to understand him. On top of that he seemed to have an attitude if we asked too many questions. They talk about basic templates but only after I decided to move on did they mention they have hundreds to choose from, would have been nice to know that earlier. The integration of the different forms is a disorganized maze. The worst part is you have to LEAVE the program to email a patient. How ridiculous is that?  They also have no templates or word program for documents to email or print direct from the system. Yes you can customize it but with how much effort?

Seems to me that zHealth is a work in progress. And not going well. Very POOR experience! When I told the sales rep I was not happy with it all and just thought we should part ways he tells me they want me to honor the one year agreement even though we had only done two months and three training sessions. They didn't do the job or supply the platform they advertised but they sure as hell want their $1,200. I guess you really do GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I am now paying more but the program and services are FAR Superior. Don't waste your time on ZHealth

Online booking, appointment reminders work well. I'd like to say the customizable soap note is great but after 6 weeks I am still having to use the templates which are not good. As soon as I signed up the customer service went out the window. I am lucky to be able to get a 5 min call with my rep. Forgot steps to properly implement my insurance billing now I have claims sitting and waiting to be billed that i cant do anything with.

My custom notes were suppose to be completed in 3 weeks. Well 6 weeks later and still no customized soap notes. Patient subjective never carries over making patients frustrated. Dates for onset date and pointers reset frequently even when you chose to import previous.
