SilkOne EMR is a comprehensive web-based software for the chiropractic profession that automates all aspects of your chiropractic practice including intake forms, patient scheduling, EHR/EMR and medical billing, claims and accounting. The company also provides full-service billing and claims management to their clients. We found the system to be very intuitive and simple to navigate and use. The scheduler, reporting module and billing system are robust enough for most offices and include all the features necessary to manage a practice. Because it's web-based, your data and schedule is available from any internet connected device from anywhere you are.

Their complete chiropractic EHR and billing software is offered at a subscription rate of $300/month per user. This price is guaranteed for life and there are no contracts. We feel that this price may be a little steep for new graduates and first year doctors who are starting new practices.  Live support and training is also included in the monthly fee. We found their sales staff very helpful in addressing our questions and concerns without being overly pushy or aggressive. Title: Terrible EMR

They say it's seamless but it's not. It is not user friendly at all. The statements are confusing to the patient. The "automatic ERA's" are not accurately reflected in the patient accounts and the patient payments are not applied automatically. Having to post each payment is tedious and a waste of time. They are way too expensive for this cloud system not to work amazingly. I am just happy with it at all.

Being in my 23 year of practice and having experienced many office programs for billing, and scheduling in a chiropractic setting...I have found Silk-One chiropractic ehr software to be one of the better ones.  Each program has good attributes, and bad ones.... I do believe the cloud based program is a benefit, with access to the program where ever there is internet.  I also like the features on the schedule.  I am still having some difficulty with some of the simple reports like a proper Accounts Receiviable... but the up side is the support helps you through the issues.  Also fixed overhead of $350 a month avoids suprises if your own server goes down..etc?
Title: Best EMR I've Used

I've used or tried out over 5 EMR systems. This was by far the best fit for our office. We have multiple doctors and do more than the average chiropractor. We needed to have ways of differentiating these appointments. Silkone is very customizable, great MACROS, and easy to schedule. Since it is cloud based we have used the software multiple times while traveling in the car on our phones to schedule and change appointments. It has billing and scheduler in one system that works together well. Overall, I would recommend this to any doc. Their customer service with fixing issues/answering questions is above and beyond most companies in any field.
